Wherever I go they want to know
How are you; are you well?

Friend or foe will not let me be
Until they know
The state of my health

There’s one thing on their mind
Am I good; am I fine

Total strangers phone me
From banks to Vodacom
From America to Vietnam
They have to know how I am

Some people ask me twice in an hour

To save time
I’m making a sign:
There’s nothing wrong with me
I’m as healthy as can be
I’ll live to 123
Or die in the attempt
